July shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers.
July does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by July.
Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to July within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
July will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch.
No money for the returned product will be refunded, however an exchange can be made within a period of 7 days.
However in the case of a possible size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an added cost where all shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note valid for 1 month will be issued to you.
